A new beginning

How do we get from a place of getting all ruffled when things get derailed and life goes awry to a more deeper understanding of what really is? The only way to balance out ALL our emotions is through meditation and awareness; by being aware of everything that happens to us, with us and within us. 

Accepting that we get angry is very important. Accepting that there are fears within us is very important. Accepting that we do resent certain people; that we tend to blame someone for our problems or troubles is very important. Thereafter, understanding these feelings; digesting them; finding a way to get them out of our system and throwing it out from our body and subsequently, from our mind. Just like we throw trash in the dustbin or the way our body gets rid of the waste once it has absorbed all that which was necessary for our body.

The book is a tool with some simple tips and releases some myths about meditation so that you may find this wonderful heaven inside you. Anytime you have a question that you have, you can always get in touch with us and we can work together towards something better for you. We are here to help each other. If there is a competition or race to win or lose in this universe, remember this: We are all here to win! There are no losers. You are a winner, just like everyone else!
